Inspired by everyday stress, such as when climbing stairs or lifting crates of drinks, Freestyle training focuses on exercises that simultaneously and multidimensionally strain muscles and joints.
Through freestyle exercises, combined according to the principle of circle and interval training, freestyle trains all muscle groups across the board.
It is "360 degrees trained" - that is, the athlete performs three-dimensional movements only with their own body weight or with the help of simple exercise equipment such as kettlebell or free weights.
Each movement stimulates complex muscle groups, burns calories and stabilizes the body through targeted muscle growth.

The high fun factor fully exploits the performance potential of the individual. Individually or in small groups of around 5 - 30 people, beginners to advanced students of all ages can work independently of their body weight.
