BodyFit Hopkinton is a live and virtual professional group fitness workout, primarily for women.
Our workout is based on holistic, functional, and transformative interval training and leaves infinite freedom for an effective and efficient workout with adapted impact levels for a dynamically balanced workout.
BodyFit was founded in 2019 with incredible support from its founding members and has found a great community in Hopkinton.

Exercising is so much more than fitness, having fun together in a community, chatting during an exercise, not taking yourself too seriously, and being able to laugh at yourself and laugh with each other.
We're located at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts and deliberately chose a gym-free environment.
We would like to eliminate the typical pressure that a gym indirectly conveys, practice with like-minded people and create a stress-free atmosphere.
The mind trains the body and we should first start taking the stress out, not training under pressure so that we can start defining small goals that we can actually achieve step by step in order to see the big picture.
Exercise should be a basic part of our lives. It is our personal life insurance no matter what kind of physical exercise we pursue. Our body needs this to be able to cope with everyday life in a healthy way. Whether it's 30 minutes a week or 3x a week 60 minutes, the main thing is that we do something to keep our bodies in good condition.
