TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, a public health condition, an outbreak of disease, a pandemic of overwhelming proportions such that services are not permitted for fear of spread, contamination or proliferation of a communicable condition, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable for damages to the other for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes. There shall be no obligation to refund any payments in part or whole under this Agreement as a result of a Force Majeure if the condition causing the Force Majeure lasts longer than 30 days. Should the Force Majeure last longer than 60 days neither party has any further obligation to perform any obligation defined by this Agreement.
BodyFit by Torsten Grabbert takes a number of factors into account when deciding whether to close due to bad weather or not. If we feel that driving is dangerous, the classes will go online.
Security is our top priority!
BodyFit is a tenant at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts and adapts to all changes in the operating procedures of the HCA.

Cancellations or changes in operations are usually determined as follows:
If there is a travel ban in Hopkinton or the school has been declared a state of emergency, all courses and private training will take place online. If the schools in Hopkinton are canceled the previous day due to a weather event, e.g. For example, due to a major snowstorm causing problems with clearing the sidewalk / parking lot for the district, we may not be able to cancel morning programs. Programs can also be run despite being released early.
Parking spaces at the HCA are treated during storms. Caution is advised. If a lot appears unploughed or untreated, please go to a cleared area. As always with snowstorms, it is impossible to fully treat all areas when snow falls. So be careful when walking in parking lots and sidewalks.
